Refund policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your The Cancer Patient march We accept returns and refunds within 30 days on items that have printing errors or arrive damaged.
For any concerns with your order, please email us at admin@thecancerpatient.store with the order number and two different photos of the damaged product and we will work to replace or refund the item. If your package has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us so that we can try to resolve shipping issues. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. All sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays or for orders marked "delivered", "undeliverable", "no access", "absent", "refused", or "delivery attempt was unsuccessful" by the shipping carrier.
